1How do I book?
If you head to our book now page this will show you the process on how to book. It is powered by an app called GLOFOX. You can download this for your device and then select “Sky Gym” as your gym and all membership options/ classes will show here. Any questions or bespoke bookings please email email@example.com.
For our ski simulators our hours are: 06:00 - 22:00 weekdays 08:00 - 20:00 Weekend days
3What should I wear?
We encourage you to turn up in the gear that you will be working out or taking part in the simulators in. We have changing facilities however due to the current government guidelines they are closed to the general public. You will need ski socks so you can purchase those @skygym for £5, when your order or bring your own.
4How much is it to have a go?
Our simulator is a drop in rate of £40 for 20 minutes for one person. This covers all equipment hire, unless you want to bring your own, and coaching for the session with one of our instructors. You can book this through our website If you would like an hour to yourself this is £200. For 2- 6 people for an hour it costs £200 where you can design the hour session how you wish. 5What's included in the price?
This covers all equipment hire (boots/ helmets), unless you want to bring your own, and coaching for the session with one of our instructors. The only thing you have to purchase extra is a pair of ski socks at £5 as due to health and safety/ hygiene reasons you must wear long appropriate socks. If you want to bring your own then you are more than welcome. The socks are purchasable on the day at skygym.
6Do you sell memberships?
Yes you can purchase one of our memberships that includes a number of credits and sessions for you to use over a monthly basis. If you run out of credits you can top up your sessions with extra. Your membership will include a number of other benefits in the cafe and gym. You can also buy combination memberships where you can use all our facilities unlimited on a monthly basis subject to availability.
7Can I freeze my membership?
Yes you can pause your membership at anytime just email email@example.com and we will organise this for you. Please put your name and enquiry as the subject line.
8Are there any changing facilities?
We have changing and shower facilities on site at the gym, however due to current guidelines these are closed to the public. We encourage you to come dressed to exercise except your ski boots which you can put on in site.
9What does it feel like?
It feels like you are skiing and simulates the movements and feelings. Come give it a go yourself and see how it compares.
10What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, ski socks, your own boots if you have them.
11Do I need to buy anything before visiting?
We encourage you to buy ski socks prior to your visit either through our booking online process or via sourcing your own. You will definitely need these as they are mandatory.
12What's the minimum age?
Minimum age for the simulators is 5 years. Anyone under the age of 16 will be asked to wear a helmet during the activity for health and safety purposes.
13What's the max age?
We don’t have a maximum age but ask you to consider if you are fit to exercise as the ski simulator is fairly intense. You will sign a waiver form prior to exercise to give your consent to exercising.
14Is the coach included?
Yes our ski sessions include a qualified ski and snowboarding instructor that will guide you through your session and give you tips and tricks on how to improve your skills. This will help you improve and train for the slopes.
15How long do I get on the simulator?
Our standard sessions are approximately 20 minutes unless you book an hour time slot.
16What's the session structure?
You will get approximately 20 minutes on the simulator so it's best you arrive 10 -15 minutes before your session. Grab a coffee and settle in and get your boots on before your session. You will then make the most out of your time. We run by appointment so if you are late please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
17Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes you will have to cancel your appointment 24 hours before your booking otherwise you risk losing that appointment. Please contact us as we will try and accommodate.

19Can I organise an event at Sky Gym?
Yes of course our simulators are a great way to do a small team building activity and have a lot of fun. We also serve food and drinks on site so have the whole package. Contact us on email@example.com for any enquiries.
20How do I get to you?
Our Address is 541 Holloway Road, London, N19 4BT. Our nearest stations are Archway (10 minute walk), Holloway Road ( 15 minute walk), Upper Holloway 5 minute walk.
1Do I have to be a member?
No you can drop in for only £10 for an hour visit. We are also offering a free trial session (limited to one per person) where you can try the gym facilities for free once.
2Do you have PTs?
We don’t currently have any resident PT’s but should you have a PT put them in touch with us and we can see what we can do to facilitate your training.
3Can I pay as I go for each visit?
Yes you can drop in for only £10. Our memberships start from £30 so if you do more than 3 visits a month it will be worth investing in a membership to get unlimited access.
4What equipment do you have?
We have a range of strength and cardio equipment and are constantly looking for equipment to add and make our gym better:
- Spin bike
- Boxing simulator
- Resistance bands of all sizes
- Free weights
- Cable attachments
- Squat rack and bars
- Matts for core work
5I’m a PT and want to train clients out of your gym. What should I do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you. We can invite you into the gym for a trial session and discuss options from there.
6What capacity do you have in the gym?
Currently due to guidelines we are at a maximum capacity at 4 people at one time. This could include any Personal trainers that are with clients. Our space is private and socially distanced to ensure a pleasurable experience.
7What's the time limit in the gym?
We have set an initial time limit of one hour to fit your workout in. We think this is fair however should you have any questions feel free to speak with a team member on your visit.
8How do I sign in?
When you book you will get confirmation through the app so eventually you can just scan your barcode on entry when you come in. HOWEVER currently just see a staff member and we can sign you in and show you round.
9What are your membership offerings?
We have two viable options that will be set up on a direct debit:
- Drop in - £10 (one visit only)
- 3 visits in one week £25 - 1 week expiry
- 3 visits a week membership (or 12 sessions /credits a month) £35
- Open Gym Unlimited - £65 Come visit any day and anytime subject to availability and space.
10Can I freeze my membership?
Of course you can just head to your membership page and hit freeze anytime should your situation change. If you struggling with this just email us at email@example.com.
11Do you have a notice period for cancellation of membership?
If you want to cancel your membership please feedback to us why you have done this as we would love you to stay but appreciate people's options change.
12What are your opening hours?
For our Gym our hours are currently: 6:00 - 20:00 weekdays (check current class schedule) 8:00 - 22:00 weekend days (check current class schedule)
